If you had half a clue about boxing or fitness you would realise that making a statement like ' I lifted weights and it made me slower' is beyond stupid. It makes no sense. The stupid remark is to raise awareness of the poster that he has made a ******** comment and we go from there. Provide them with our own opinion on things. Its like you with your cross fit makes you fit enough to do ten rounds- this makes you fit as an amateur boxer. Its a statement that is completely uneducated and stupid. I forgot to make that point. Typically journeyman have a very good defense as if they get stopped they have to take a certain amount of time off and cant fight the next week whcih they often need to do. Weights have nothing to do with slowing you down you knucklehead so why mention them? It's the other training you neglected and probably the excess calories that slowed you down. Why not just say that you've been eating more cheese for the last year and during that time you've lost speed, therefore implying that cheese causes you to slow down.
