Deload time?

    alright i feel like im hitting a wall. im getting really frusturated with boxing and im not getting any better. i have my first fight friday(it got moved) should i take a rest period for like a week?

    You're probably overtraining.

    You might just want to postpone your fight if you feel like you're not ready.

    Despite what a lot of trainers say, I don't think there is any sense in throwing you into a fight you feel tenative about.

    You really need to work on technique and fundamentals in my opinion before you get thrown in there with someone.

    But you gotta do what you gotta do and whatever decision you make, don't let it discourage you.

    alright thanks. how many days a week should i train boxing 6?

    no...just do lil things to keep u in shape and on cue

    If you train hard, for, say 6 weeks or more, or even 4 or more, in the 7 days leading up to a fight do VERY LIGHT work, nothing to light loads.
