Definitely needs fine tuning, comes inside way too open and stuff..
I suppose it's a good point that maybe it's too late when he's already had a large quantity of fights.

He's only young thought and I think he definitely has good potential, definitely someone to watch!

He does seem to have some weaknesses, but, he is way more talented than that hype job Jacobs

Andrade sucks. He looks average against tomato cans. He's going no where. If he's lucky he'll be as good as Jacobs. And the ways things are looking now for Jacobs thats not saying much.

Andrade needs to get rid of his dad and get a real trainer. I would love to see him with someone like cunningham or brother nas.

Andrade desperately needs a new trainer. He has good physical talent though.

Jacobs wasn't **** to beghin with. He got a lot of hype by KOing cans and being from New York. Anyone who followed boxing knew he wasn't that great and was very flawed waiting to be exposed and had I'd seen Pirog fight before he TKOed Jacobs I would have picked him as the man to do it. Andrade has much better skills, faster hands and better footwork and movement than Jacobs has. Not to mention he's younger. Andrade will end up being the better pro of the two.:deal

If a fighter is only as good as his last couple fights, then I dont see anything in Andrade that would suggest he has will be a star. He has some major technical flaws that can be ironed out, but after so many amateur fights they havent yet and it will only get harder. His father needs to go as a trainer. One fight he has to tell Demetrius "youre the best, your the best son" against an 8-8 journeyman fighter going into the last round, and in his last fight he kisses him twice in the corner before the last round. That is putting Demetrius in a more vulnerable/emotional state that a fighter should never be in. I understand the father/son aspect of it, but in boxing if your emotions get the best of you, it could be costly.

He has good natural ability and is a gifted athlete. But, if he doesnt polish off his style he will be struggling when he does step up the competition. And the longer he gets used to fighting guys at the level he has been, the more chance there is that he will not be comfortable in there with a solid pro at a higher level.

That's what most alarming to me. He should be dazzling every time out with the competition he's been fighting. But instead he seems to fight to down the level of his opposition. As much **** as Danny Jacobs gets, at least when he was fighting similar opponents to what Andrade is facing, he would dispose of them in the fashion you would expect from an accomplished amateur. It wouldn't shock me in the least if Andrade suffers his first loss much earlier than Jacobs to a lesser fighter than Pirog.

I had high hopes for him but his last fight was a bit of a setback in my eyes. I hope it was just a minor glitch.

It would shock me if he didnt. The first time he goes up against even a solid gate keeper he's done. Even a Michael Walker type fighter could probably beat him the way he looks now not to mention someone on the level of Ishe Smith would probably embarrass him.

I sware some people just here "undefeated prospect" and here some of the hype and once they watch him fight they cant see it clearly. They just see a next world champ no matter how flawed or bad he looks.

I honestly dont see anything right now that even suggests he could be a lower end contender down the line. He would have to improve drastically to even get to that level.

Maybe doing so will correct his obvious mistakes in the ring

Andrade has the physical tools, but, lacks some subtle aspects to his game. He is pretty good though. What I noticed, from watching him last Friday night (for the first time), is that he gives up his height advantage too much.
