It's not about racism you jackass you brought that up not me. It's about trolls. Now if Andrade fought this guy and won people would say he beat a no hoper he chooses to vacate and people want to say he's a ducker like you will. Too many trolls and goofies on this site. Btw I couldn't care less about Andrade I'm not a fan just telling it like it is.

Andrades resume is paper thin. I don't know how people could do that in the past with Bum Bum considering his resume is...PAPER THIN. Janibek would be his best opponent yet. And if Bum Bum beats him comfortably most of those """haters""" would give him props. But people probably won't give him props for beating Quigley, Kautondowka, Keeler or Williams lol.

Yes his resume sucks but he's not ducking the guy. He's chasing a payday with canelo it's that simple.

Andrade had many chances of getting nice paydays in the past and he never really took advantage. He could have fought guys like GGG or Charlo in the past but either pulled out or didn't want that smoke. I don't blame Bum Bum for chasing Clenboy at this point. But Andrade pulling out or ducking fighters has a long tradition so he shouldn't get a pass here just because he's chasing a bigger payday. A payday that isn't even on the table right now as Clenelo chases Makabu/Mchunu winner or maybe Bivol/Beterbiev. I don't think Andrade/Canelo happens in 2022 even if Bum Bum chases it. That's actually sad.

There should have been a question mark on the end of that.

Korobov and Derevyanchenko aren't referred to as bums by very many people.

It would be an interesting fight. Can't blame Andrade for chasing the money. I doubt Canelo would fight him. As others have said Canelo is looking towards LHW and above.

As I stated Andrade had no problems when his mandatories were Liam Williams or his eliminators were against lesser competition. It’s no coincidence that he always find away to pull out when the opponent is a tougher than just an average bum. Let’s see:

-Pulled out of defense against Jermell Charlo in 2013
-Pull out of vacant WBO MW title fight vs Matt Korobov in Dec. 2014. A fight in which he petitioned to get being that he was the WBO 154 titleholder
-2016 Defeats Nelson to become WBC mandatory for Jermell Charlo then announces that he wants to fight Lara instead. Fights Culcay for WBA regular title instead.
-2017 passes up the chance to fight Derevyanchenko for the IBF mandatory which instead goes to Danny Jacobs who ends up winning and getting the Canelo fight.
-Now after fighting all stiffs, as soon as his mandatory is someone who many believe has a legit chance, he decides to vacate.

These are not coincidences this is a pattern.

Canelo is going to give him a 3% split if they ever fight

Lets be honest with ourselves, Janibek is a high risk and Low reward type of fight, Andrade wants the big fights and to make the most money he can make right now so if that means vacate his title and pursue bigger and more lucrative fights at 168, then why not? To say hes ducking Janibek is just nonsense.

I agree with the high risk, low reward thing, and would actually raise that to very high risk, low reward, but it is a duck non the less.
If you avoid your mandatory in search for a payday, because there's a big chance he might derail your career/cash out, that's a duck.
People would understand it, because it's the sensible thing to do in his case, but it's clear what's happening. Pretty sure that if he would have had a pushover mandatory for the same money, he would have taken the fight instantly.
And then when the smoke clears, Andrade gets his payday and gets mauled, Arslanbek picks up the vacant belt and keeps getting avoided by the bigger names... Guess what happens? He constantly gets the "who has he fought?" marker, and others have a reason to avoid him. We've seen this before.

That is ducking. If Andrade so badly wanted to go to 168 why did he not do it before fighting Quigley?

What big fights are at 168 for him? Does he fight the Jacobs vs Ryder winner for the vacant WBO belt? Andrade has been at 154 and 160 for the past 12 years and yet when you look at his resume there is no:
    Lara
    J-Rock
    Rosado
    Trout
    Charlo Bros
    Jacobs
    Korobov
    Derevyanchenko
    Hurd
    Bundrage
    Lee
    Lemeiux
    Ishe Smith
    Monroe Jr
    Angulo
    and many many more…

The guy don’t want to fight real competition..

Disapointed at Andrade for ducking Janibek, finally we fans would see a real matchup.

Moving up and becoming 168 mandatory was available for a long time, why only now it is pursued? The ducking is clear.

Can't also understand why Andrade never mentioned Ewbank, Lara, Hurd, matchups that were available.

I’m not a fan of Andrade (as a boxer that is; he seems like a good guy on a personal level), but I can’t help but feel kind of bad for him. While he can definitely be a little boring to watch, he’s obviously a very talented fighter. He just doesn’t seem to be able to catch a break and get a big fight. And I’m not necessarily even talking about a mega-fight here, just a fight against someone who is actually well known and has a decent sized fanbase here in the U.S. And while I do find him boring, I must admit I’d be intrigued to see him fight Canelo, and I would definitely purchase the PPV. I hope he eventually gets some big fights.

Chasing a payday.....is NOT a legitimate reason to avoid a fighter. Hell...ALL boxers chase that big payday.
