In a sense, it's impressive that Andrade has taken ten rounds or so (minimum) off a guy that ran DJ close, as is the fact that he scored a KD along the way, and was able to nullify and even clown him at points.

But, somehow, he looked completely unimpressive in doing so. It's a good result, and a good performance...but it's one without a lot of luster, imo.

Well, I'm gonna take the high road- Sulecki is a good fighter and Andrade completely shut his offense down. I really expected a more competitive fight

Well did you watch the Jacobs fight? At least it was exciting. Boxing is after all entertainment. You aren't going to make many fans with Andrade's style of boxing, whether or not you shut a guy out.

I was rewatching some mid 2000's fights last week on HBO, damn, talk about not knowing what you've got till it's got gone.

Me as well, I even had cash on Sulecki.

I watched Atlas' commentary on this fight and he was spot-on. He said Jacobs was more fundamental (I don't think he used basic) than Andrade. He said Andrade would have an easier time than Jacobs did. He also said Andrade would probably drop Sulecki and it would go to a decision.

I know his track-record isn't all that great on predicting fights but he was completely right here.

Well Andrade did nothing to elevate his status in a showcase fight. I will now seriously cancel my DAZN account after listening to the unbearable commentating crew and pray that Jim Lampley considers coming back.

Well that was 12 rounds of dull. Boo Boo did well to beat a quality operator like Sulecki so easily but the Pole was really disappointing and I was expecting more from him. He got off to a terrible start getting dropped in the 1st round in his opponent's backyard which can't have done his confidence any good but I thought he would at least be able to catch Boo Boo with some meaningful shots. However, he just couldn't deal with the movement and he was too worried about getting caught with that big winging left over the top.

Boo Boo looks a lot bigger and stronger up at 160 but I prefer the 154lb version

Lemieux is trash against half decent boxers. You drank the Kool Aid.

    Viva La Mexico Indeed.

Canelo would pound this jackass to the body so hard, he'll feel like washed down 15 enchiladas with 20 gallons of unfiltered Mexican water.:bandit:

And **** himself in the middle of the ring.

Please feed this clown to Canelo.:ggg:ggg:ggg:ggg

Canelo and GGG arent interested in fighting this guy because high risk and not high reward against a very skilled, fast, slick defensive guy. I get it. Its a business. These guys want guys who they dont have to chase around the ring. Too much risk of being outboxed.

lol, more like too much of a risk of stinking the joint out. The dude lands like 3 punches a round.

You know what would've have been even more impressive, if he'd have actually had the balls to stand and trade with him like Jacobs, who's been KO'd cold before, goddamn, Andrade must be packing some grade A level off the charts China. He fought like the punk ass b**** that he is. Had Jacobs fought like that, he'd have shut him out as well.
