Bernard had a falling out with Demetrius when Demetrius couldn't pay the rent.

It seems he has problems with keeping up with his payments.

 

These ****ers are dumb, they should let him so he can pay the woman, arresting him so he can't fight is just ****ing retarted :-(

 

The "gold digging" statement didn't come from me. I stated clearly that we don't know the other party's motivation, I also stated that DHOP may deserve it. However, ultimately a child support case 'should' (yes, I'm using logic again) be about the welfare of the child.

The father owes back child support
The father needs to work in order to make money
The system puts him in jail BEFORE he's able to work
Therefore he's unable to get paid.
No pay means not benefiting his child.

In our system where bad credit or a torn reputation can impair you from getting income, logic must be applied to these cases. There's too much at stake - the wellbeing of a child.

 

I already said the system is without logic and broken. I also said that "as he put it" because I knew you didn't say it.

I'm pretty much in agreement with you, I just think calling out the mother of his child as a "gold digging *****" without knowing the full situation was extremely presumptuous and a tad stupid.
