yes it is ...can't understand how myopic people absolutely belief his bluff and want to sponsor even manage him, we shall see if we are in the very same place in 12 months lol. There are other talented fighters that have a heart and want to succeed these resources can be put to better use
If you go through all Marks' opponents you will see his criteria for picking opponents is they must have been stopped in 2 out of their last 3 fights before he fights them. Go through his record and see. A bottom dweller who bullies damaged boxers is not my idea of a nice person.
Spot on! Its amazing how some fans are fooled by a smile and nice talk. Its imho all an act, just like we have seen AUS boxers acting all nice then when their true colors come out they are a completly diffrent person. If De Mori had any decency he would step it up and stop fighting bums. The bloke he fought in USA last was a fat over weight pood and should not have even been in a boxing ring, how is anyone supposed to take this guy seriouse or the sport for that matter. Being fair on De Mori he isnt the only one doing it but that dont mean it shouldnt be pointed out and noted, yes im talkn to you De Mori nut lickers :hi:
nice to see there are others out there that are not wanna be boxing fans that fall for MDM's hype. He is a very 'well managed and protected' boxer
Does helping your fighter assemble one of the most protected careers in Australian boxing amount to good management?
His managment have alot faith in their self trained boxer who has safe tune up fights, warming up for what i do not know. Maybe the only title he wants is Butterbean's old one 'King of the Four rounders'. For some one supposedly at that 'high' level being self trained i see no improvement what the clip of his last fight, he only looks good coz his opponents don't hit back. His management and 'King' will see the be in for a rude shock when some mediocre level heayweight will clean up their 'investment' and that he was an embarrassing gimick to boxing Step up and fight the BEAN: Butterbean Returns on Friday the 13th By Matt Thompson For the first time in two and half years, the infamous Eric “Butterbean” Esch (77-8-4, 58 KOs) of Jasper, Alabama will step into the ring Friday night to take on Louisville native Curt Allan (7-1-1, 3 KOs) in a four round heavyweight rematch of their bout that took place 15 years ago at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on the PPV undercard of Oscar De La Hoya’s junior welterweight title defense against Miguel Angel Gonzalez. Butterbean won that bout by 3rd round TKO and Allan hopes tomorrow to upset the popular rotund fighter. The rematch is at the Horseshoe Casino in Elizabeth, Indiana on a show that is a benefit for Allan’s former trainer Larry Alvey, who is suffering from cancer. Allan, age 46, who is not only fighting on the show, but promoting the show, has not fought since 1999 and said that despite the charitable nature of the show, he does not intend on being charitable to his opponent inside the ring. “This show is a benefit for my dear friend and trainer Larry Alvey,” Allan said. “I have no illusions of this being some George Foreman like comeback. The only way I was ever going to come back and fight again was if it was something big and for a good cause. This accomplished both. I get to do a good thing for my friend Larry and avenge my only career loss to Butterbean.” Butterbean agrees with the good natured sentiment of the show as a whole, but also is confident in victory. “The show’s for a good cause and is going to be a good time for all, except maybe Curt Allan,” said The Bean. “I beat him once and I’ll beat him again.”
Pretty sure Alexander winning before and after fighting Mark shows he can hit back. No one was ever saying Alexander was world class, but still can't believe people think he was a cake walk for someone returning to the ring after 2.5 years. Think he wasnt hitting back cause he was scared that his liver and kidneys might explode with the next impact.
But he was a tune up fight for the next tune up fight with an opponent that has lost his last 2-3 fights in a row lol
