    Mate if a old and way past his best Bob Mirovic or even Col Wilson is a step up for Demori..what does that tell you?
    He can fight Welliver cant he?

    Not sure if a Welliver contract could get agreed on, don't know, not involved in matchmaking but i would guess to make it worth while with all 'the belts' Chauncy holds it would be pretty pricey.

    Even if Mirovic or Wilson were a step up (not sure they are) the thing everyone seems to look past is if you a trying to get back to getting fights in the US you have to fight guys that at least the US punters/promoters may have heard of or seen live.

    Beating an Aussie (whether better skills wise or not) unfortunately doesn't mean much for the US stage.

    That isn't having a go at Aussie HW's, saying they are worse than imports or anything else and if guys are happy fighting to fight in Aus for most the career all power to them, do whatever makes you happy.

    But thats what it comes down to, do whatever makes YOU happy, not what others want you to do or think is the 'normal' thing.

    You're right Spider that did come across as me being a 'smart *****', so I take that back didn't mean to insult Chauncy at all, think he is doing well and all power to him.

    I do think he would be a good opponent for Mark, that hasn't changed, just think he would be to pricey for the benefit of a win over him. Maybe I'm wrong.

    Lets be honest here Mark has the potential to be a massive drawcard not only in Australia but Internationally did'nt see Geale, Vic, Green, or even KT attract the attention of the world biggest boxing promoter!
