I remember him from a long while back. Did he pass away?

He posted in other forums not so much in classic from memory. Mainly lounge?

Anyway RIP I didn’t know about that.

 

It was quite a few years ago, yeah.

 

Not long ago you told me he was the man to talk to, I’m going to regret not taking to him.
Bless you and his clan you have my condolences losing a friend can be the same as a piece of your soul for some.

Strangely I reckon he posted a picture of himself somewhere and he’s one of the few I can put a face to the poster. I’m probably wrong but I recollect a guy with a stocky build and moustache? I might be completely wrong too.

Don't remember a photo, to be honest...…..I always associated him with the avatar pic of Duran in the blue Viceroy trunks.

I’m really sorry to hear about this grey.

Dempsey was a great poster who was deeply entrenched with the sport. He would go out of his way to provide help and guidance.

I particularly remember a period of time when he was heavily chastised in this forum, and accused of not knowing anything about the sport. And while he had that amazing thread in the training forum, I can’t remember a time where he flexed his credentials or his experience to support an argument. He always let his arguments speak for themselves. I always respected and admired that.

He will be missed. Condolences to his family. May he Rest In Peace.

He died of a heart attack back in 2015, while still relatively young if I remember correctly
