    1) On the list of the following heavyweights, place next to each heavyweights name either 'DEMPSEY', 'JOHNSON' or 'EVEN', depending on who you think would have the better chance, eg, if you think Jack Dempsey has a better chance against Frazier, then put 'DEMPSEY' next to Fraziers name; if you think Jack Johnson has a better chance against Frazier, then put 'JOHNSON' next to Fraziers name; if you think they have the same chance against Frazier, then put 'EVEN' next to Fraziers name.

    John L Sullivan
    Jim Jeffries
    Gene Tunney
    Joe Louis
    Rocky Marciano
    Sonny Liston
    Muhammad Ali
    Joe Frazier
    George Foreman
    Larry Holmes
    Mike Tyson
    Evender Holyfield
    Lennox Lewis

    2) Who would you favor in a Johnson-Dempsey bout?

    3) Feel free to post who you would favor -- Johnson or Dempsey -- in other match-ups.

Rocky Marciano > Dempsey has the better chance
Sonny Liston > Johnson has the better chance
Muhammad Ali > Dempsey has the better chance
Joe Frazier > Dempsey has the better chance
    George Foreman > EVEN
Larry Holmes > Dempsey has the better chance
Mike Tyson > Demspey has the better chance
    Evender Holyfield > EVEN
Lennox Lewis > Dempsey has the better chance

    2) Who would you favor in a Johnson-Dempsey bout?

    >>Dempsey. Johnson had a shaky chin vs power punchers, and would be unlikely to counter or play defense vs Dempsey's excellent hand speed. If Johnson tried to clinch Dempsey, his kidney's would be sorry.

IMO, Dempsey wins via mid round TKO. There is a Dempsey vs Johnson fight report where Dempsey scored a KO in Canada, but its is considered to be a fake.

I think Dempsey KO's Johnson. Otherwise, Johnson UD.
