emm interesting matchup lol very interesting hard to pick due to the size of Valuev and the toughtness he brought to the ring,, But based off the success that small heavyweights like David Haye had against him,, I'd say Dempsey by stoppage early if he comes with the same fire he brought into the Willard fight,, If not he stops him late,, One thing is for sure Valuev was big but was not a puncher threw alot of arm punches and wore his guys down with his size. That wouldn't work against a Dempsey you can't be walking into a puncher like Dempsey are your gonna get dropped don't care who you are!
Dempsey beats him black and blue, I don't really rate his power like most do, but he'd probably get a standing stoppage
