    For a guy usually around 188/190lbs Jack sure had some arms on him back in the pre PED days.

    Retired Dempsey in a sparring footage with Baer was supposedly 210 lbs and he still showed good speed and was in great shape. Jack had the frame to carry heavier muscles, he wasn't really smaller than Holyfield for example.

    I know a bodybuilder who quit steroids in favour of the Charles Atlas programme. He says his hair is even starting to grow back.

    Good for him. You can be healthy and not have those side effects. Guys that quit Roids don't even want to go to the gym anymore. It's the first obstacle to overcome.

    I would guess somewhere down his bloodline Dempsey was Indian. I'd put 5 on it.
