Absolutely but Tunney was much better than any of those men technically.

I know Louis skills far better than you I assure you. I also know what I see with Tunney. These were both two great all time fighters. Joe the best boxer/puncher and Tunney the best boxer. Tunney was smart, tough and could box like no other hwt. I would bet on Joe but he would need to come on late to beat Tunney. Tunney was the real deal technically.

Thank you for assuring me on that. You're very kind and I'm very impressed with both your knowledge and magnanimity.

Now, if you want to base your arguments on results from the ring rather than your magical eye for boxing, I would be a little more convinced of your argument.

Tip.....know boxing rather than looking at paper records. Tunney and Louis were real deals. Louis as the greatest boxer/ puncher and Tunney the greatest pure boxer in hwt history. Tunney had that right hand that could keep his opponents honest. Dempsey altered his style a bit in his fight was Gene in 27 specifically in an effort to better avoid that right hand (and lure his opponent into punches) it was that much of a weapon. Dempsey in the end failed in this effort.

Tip: Stop rehashing clichéd ana-lysis and patting yourself on the back for originality.

Can you tell everyone exactly how Dempsey altered his style in fight 2?
