What a shameful duck by backing out of the fight with Tyson Fury because "He's not ready" :patsch

Makes you wonder what kind of shape he is in if he pulls out so early with that exscuse.

    Thinking the same thing. :yep

And yeah, this is disgrace and disappointing for boxing fans, to say the least. Oh well. Will Fury-Grano be still considered a semi-elim for WBC strap? :think

I can't believe he's stalling this much, he must have no hope in his own ability.

Maybe the thought of him having to take out Fury, Stiverne/Arreola and, possibly, Vitali was just too much for his glass sense of confidence.

Maybe it will just be postponed for a couple of months...but seldom-seen-Boytsov hasn't fought since April, so why isn't he in shape? Maybe he's still having health problems.

"The battle between the British Tyson Fury (19-0-0 (14)) and the unbeaten heavyweight Denis Boytsov (31-0-0 (25)) will not take place. The CEO of UNIVERSUM is really disappointed: "It's really a shame because it would have been a great fight. Two undefeated heavyweight hopes in a direct duel. Unfortunately Denis is not in the shape to contest such an duel now. The bout could be placed in 2013", says Kluch. "

I reckon Boytsov is one of the most talented professional heavyweights on the planet, but with that lack of swag, he's not gonna go anywhere.

I guess its time to stick a fork in him, what do you reckon, lads?

I was looking forward to this fight, but now I've got Boytsov as a no-hoper, Deontay Wilder feasting on pizza makers and truck drivers will make a bigger career than this ducker

Boytsov has gone backwards and knows Fury would beat him. Typical cowardly duck that you see far too often from eastern European fighters.

There's probably a lot more to this than you know about. He might have health or injury problems again. He's been plagued by them..

Why do absolutely none of these up and coming heavyweights face each other? even the eliminator last year between Thompson and Chambers didn't happen, dock Boystov his WBC ranking. Disgraceful, but that's boxing to a tee these days.
