Bydenko was a good fighter. :good

But other than Taras this nucca has not fought anyone who could have a test him a bit.. lets be honest.

edit. the fight was not bad either even what i remember Boytsov went pretty wild after hurting Taras B. But at least he showed some killets instict while Swinging wild. Man I am not gonna lie I love some good old swinging. DAMN. :D

And I forgot Pala. Good win too.

True, he hasnt faced the very top level yet, but he get there. The guy is still only 26 and have had both promotional and injury problems. Fought Bydenko and Gavern after each other right before these problems started. Things looked bright there.

Now injury-free again and Universum with new management and a new tv-contract, it is looking good again. His last three fights (After yet another long break) indicates good things again. He has been stepping up for each and do so again now with Guinn.

Clearly Boytsov is tripping if he wants to fight Vitaly now, however despite all the negativity towards him in this thread, I do have to say that he is a very talented fighter who is also good to watch, a real rarity in today's heavyweight division. He has had a lot of trouble with hand injuries, but he is still very young. Boxing fans should give him a break, lets see if he steps up after Guinn, because the sport needs fighters like him.

Yes. Maybe you didnt know him, but I knew him well and was discussing with many others. Many said he was the white Tyson. Some pointed out that being 9 he was much older than Tyson when Tyson ahd already acheived far far more..

They said.. ok he is 19 and has not started quite as fast as Tyson, but within the next year...

And then 7 years later he still hasn't done ****...

He is just 26 but better than any black fighter in the world - as you know we do not have or had a black hw-champ for years :happy

Boytsov fights like he's got a broomstick shoved up his arse, and has done absolutely nothing to warrant your claim.

The sport most certainly does not need any more over-protected, lazy and "injury-prone" fighters than it's already had these past few years, no matter how talented.
