Had a look around for info on him - not good. He isnt even a middleweight and has fought mostly and junior middle. June 2012 he weighed in at 154 lbs. January last year it was 157lbs. His last fight against Charles whittaker was at super middleweight... where he weighed in over 6 lbs light. I cant find any measurements for him but he looks tiny. Adding a name like Groves to any card is good. But the name alone is enough to warrant credit for a good fight. This will be over early and will be pointless inclusion. I don't expect Groves to find a top ranked opponent when he has the mandatory slot. But when his inclusion is to bolster the idea that a show is PPV worthy.... the fight needs to be competitive with a credible opponent
Groves's chin is finished..even Rebrasse rocked him a few times..I'm not saying Donut or whatever he's called is going to win but nothing below total bum level Is a gimme for George anymore sadly
So don't pay. Too many whining bitches on here at the moment. The only people who have any grounds for complaint are those who ALREADY pay for Sky sport and who are told they must pay PPV for this card. Those people ought to get the card for free. Everyone else? Well, fifteen quid is a pizza and drink. If you can't afford it, then perhaps this sport isn't for you to watch.
