    Shafikov is one of the most underrated as well as unlucky fighters in boxing. Tiny little pitbull who's held his own and then some with guys with insane physical attributes for the weight class.

    Hoping for a successful fresh start for him at super feather.

    I'm curious also to see how legit Bohachuk looks since making the leap from semi-pro to real pro...even though we might not glean too much from his performance against somebody that made their own pro debut when Bohachuk was literally still in diapers. (a 20 year veteran, Berumen has remained active but hasn't scored an upset of any significance - aside from draws - in over 13 years)

    Glad I saw this RBR... Was about to hit the hay after doing a few things around the house. Shafikov is one of my favorites and he was completely shafted in his last fight and did MUCH better than he was credited with against Easter Jr. Think Beruman will actually cause any real issues? Might be cagey for a round or two but I think he gets stopped inside 5 tbh.

    One of my favorites as well. His performance against the hard hitting and iron chinned Nagaev was one of the most brutal of the last few years. Also given absolutely no credit on the card vs Rances.

    Just noticed that he's only eighteen, though, and his opponents to date have a combined 8-25 record, so I guess his rawness is forgivable. He's skating by on just being more physically gifted (tall lean quick-handed southpaw) in this match, but he will need to learn some technique if he wants to become anything. Throws everything way too wide.

    Any of these young kids signed to Loeffler?
    I felt Loeffler is doing his own thing now because the K2 bros are retired and Golovkins career is coming to an end(could retire at any moment or could go on for years).

    Every fighter Shafikov has lost to has a 72'' reach or longer. Robert Easter has a freaking 76'' reach. Pretty sure the vast majority of 130 and 135 pounders don't have 72'' + reaches lol.
