Doesn't look so good for Inkin, does it, PrideOfWales?

You would really have to go with Froch on this one, if it goes to form...

Inkin is not as good as I thought he was...

Bruer was winning on two cards after four rounds, 38-37, and had knocked Inkin down in the second.

But we also have no idea how good Bruer is. South American, probably tough as hell. It seems that Inkin won the fight comfortably enough after the first few rounds. The report says that it was a huge right hand that dropped him and he subsequently got hit with it in the next few rounds. Froch has a decent dig and probably a better constructed offence than Bruer so if I were a betting man, I'd have to go with Froch by stoppage. Pure speculation though without having seen Inkin first hand.

I thought Inkin might have the upper hand because I assumed he had a very solid chin and would not get caught flush in the first place because of his good defense and general skill. If indeed Froch has an excellent chin, as the word on the street is, and he smells blood, he will go full out and stop Inkin...I cannot believe Bruer hits harder than Froch...:think

The knockdown was caused by a straight right.
1st and 2nd round to Bruer, from then on every round to Inkin. Seemed like a wake up call in round 2. In round 11 the ref waved the bout of after Bruer was out on is feet but in the same moment the bell rang and he let it go on for round 12...Inkin seems like a very slow starter - Froch could KO him right at the beginning. Elsewise it could be a long and competative fight...

Yeah...I think he'll go out all guns blazing like he did against Tatevosyan...I doubt the WBC ref would give Froch a helping hand and not give Inkin a chance - as happened v. Tatevosyan...but, anyway, Froch could finish Inkin early if Inkin starts slow...and in that case, Froch's lack of stamina won't matter one jot...This is what I think Froch will do...:good

That fight has not been won yet. Therefore you should stay calm and not count your chickens before they are hatched.

Froch didnt pulverize Inkin when they met at the amteurs.Inkin won a point decision against him then.

Froch can bang, but he for sure is no superman! Inkin has all the tools to win a point decision, and Froch can be outboxed.

Froch vs Adamu? Did you watch that fight! Just two weeks before the African travelled to England in order to fight Froch he had been easily outboxed by Vitaly Tsypko. The African hadnt even had enough time to recover from that beating when he met Froch inside a ring.
He gave Froch hell and made the water very hot for him.I am wondering what Tsypko would have done to Froch if he had been Froch's opponent instead of Adamu then!

    Amateurs don't mean ****

When Froch lands on Inkin, he's hitting the canvas

It might take 2 rounds, it might take 10, but eventually he's going to catch one. I'll be sticking my vCash on a Froch KO

    You are very optimistic ,mate!

I for my part think that it can go either way,but I tend to think that if Inkin is focused and fully concentrated throughout all 12 rounds of his encounter with your British compatriot he will win a relatively wide point decision.
Inkin is an excellent counterpuncher, and Froch doesnt seem to have the style to win point decision against a capable and classy opponent.
    Inkin isnt past his prime,or shot,or inexperienced,or.............or......... .
He is a fighter is his prime who has to get hold of the rope as this rope will only be once hanging in front of him.He loses that fight,he is out of the game as his German promoter will immediately dump him after a loss.
Besides the better the opposition the better is Inkin!
Froch had better keep his nose to the grindstone or he' ll be in for a surprise.

I'm not sure how much analysis is needed

Inkin's chin looks a bit dodgy to me, Froch flooring him in the amateurs isn't exactly a great omen

I think Inkin will probably outbox him for a few rounds, and Froch will look typically lacklustre

Eventually he'll land, and it's good night

The closer you are in describing the fight as it will actually happen, the better, whether in a sentence or two, or in greater detail...Obviously, the more detailed insight the better, if you get it right on the night...:good
