    Caught the replay on youtube, I was golfing all day. But to blast a guy that is already out cold? That extra punch wasnt needed at all Jones was beat at that point and even beat before he got in the ring

    True but he was still standing and this is boxing, the ref didnt jump in so what was denis supposed to do?? turn around and walk off? He's a fighter and its instinct, he finished the fight, it was the right thing to do, like it or not.

    If you were a fighter you'd know to be the best you need that killer instinct and if you can get a finish you have to. THIS IS BOXING.....NOT GOLF

    9 times out of ten the Roids type fans will say "Jones was OK, it was a Fast Stoppage!"

    when the guy is KTFO on the canvas there's no excuses!! :yep

    Yes he was standing and clearly out on his feet, ref was getting in there , last shot was not needed . Man was beatin plan and simple. I know what lebedev is normal and a part of boxing. Have been watching boxing for 24 years but the fact of it is just gross and weak on lebedecs part

    Yes and he respected Jones as he said before and after the fight, the ref didnt jump in fast enough, if you watch you see Denis look at the ref before landing the final blow! He couldnt not throw the punch if the fight wasnt stopped, the fight was close and he had to go for the win

    I totally agree with you but there was that couple seconds when jones was cleary out and lebedev as a fighter and having repect for jones should of not thrown it. Im heading out richie ttyl

    it was sad to watch tho eh.

    smoger did step in lebedev made eye contact with him but continued throwing what did he think Smoger was in that close just so he can get a close up of the beat down?

    it was clear to me smoger moved in closer to stop the contest I do not blame Smoger here, he was expecting Dennis to act like a pro unfortunantly that is not what happend

    Lebedev did what he would do against any fighter, is he supposed to just sit there and say "I should land one more punch, but...this is a living legend...I just cant". lol I didn't see anything wrong.

    Did you see the "disgusted" look on Lebedev's face? Did he even shake Roys hand or look concerned? He had this look on his face like a kid who just broke his new toy.

    The same look that Abraham had knocking out Dirrell. He had to land one more for good measure, just to make sure Roy couldn't get up.
