    Jones should have retired after the Johnson fight. Irony here is that he knows damn well what happened to his friend Gerald M. and he's gonna up in a similar state. Sad but not surprising.

    Go watch a different sport, these kind of things happen, i feel sorry for Roy like the majority of people, it isn't Lebedev's fault that Roy simply doesnt know when to stop, the only thing he's guilty of is doing what he's paid to do.:good

    Denis Lebedev should be ashamed of himself for celebrating over the carcass of a 42-year-old, as if he had beaten a prime champion.

    I watched the fight in a pub here in Moscow, Russia, and no one was celebrating: everyone was worried for the unconscious old man on the canvas.

    This is almost as bad as when Ali celebrated over the carcass of 46-year-old Archie Moore. Shameful is too weak a word.

    :good let alone fight a wasted up Jones but finish him off like that when he is clearing out on his feet and the ref is coming in to stop it is the weakest think I have seen a pro boxer do in a real long time.

    Totally the refs fault. He didn't jump in as if he was scared Denis was going to catch him running in to cover RJJ. Ref needs to be banned. Lebedev stopped and looked at the ****ing ref.

    I see your point but the ref didn't wave it off. Denis did what you're supposed to do, he finished his opponent.

    I just watched the 10th round on Youtube and in the ref's defense, it looked like the ref was checking to see if Roy was just covering up or if he was out on his feet. Roy wasn't down on one leg & his glove wasn't touching the canvas so technically Denis didn't hit a downed opponent like when Abraham hit Dirrell.

    Roy should be forced to retire-period. He's a shadow of his former self.

    Due to the style Roy fights where he covers his face with the high guard it probably appeared to the ref like Roy was just covering up to weather the storm. That's the way it looked to me anyway...............

    See my previous post. I don't think the ref knew Roy was out on his feet.

    Correct. I looked more like a "I did what I had to do" type shrug.

    Roy is still a legend and he clearly wasn't near his prime. There were some slight flashes of brilliance but not wasn't the powerful, razor sharp, counter punching, defensive genius with unheard of speed that we all know Roy once was.

    I didn't see Lebedev celebrate. It was the russian fans in the stands hooping, hollering and celebrating. For a second, I thought Lebedev had just defeated both Klit brothers.

    yeah it was not Lebedev's fault. It was the refs. The fight was stopped at 2:59 of round 10. Had he not thrown that punch, Roy might have lasted the round, and Lebedev didn't know the scores so he could have lost if the scores were not in his favor. I am not saying he did what was right, but I can see how he is fighting and he wants to win the fight. It is hard to be too critical of a fighter for throwing a punch in a boxing match.

    :lol::lol::rofl:rofl:patsch:patsch

    Jones took on a lot of shot and no hopers in his Prime too. Did you condemn him for all the taunting and dancing and just acting like a classless ass during those fights? Or does this just apply to fighters other than Roy Jones?

    Jones has a fragile Glass Jaw and no heart. None.

    sorry for calling you a *** I was drunk as ****. I still don't agree with you though. It's boxing your ultimate aim is to KTFO the other man in the ring. It's RJJ fault for fighting pass his prime and the boxing commissions that authorize him to box
