Ismailov runs forward, ramming down a right hand but getting stopped in his tracks by a head-snapping jab and finding his own attack falling limply where Sillakh had stood half a second before. Big flurries by Sillakh catching Ismailov on the flab of his midsection and the sides of the head as he rushes in time and again. BIG UPPERCUT DROPS ISMAILOV!!

Please please please let it not be 6pm UK (1pm EST).

That is when they're supposed to relieve me for lunch. It'll be a bit awkward to explain "No, see the main event of this boxing card I've been watching all morning is set to begin...please just let me skip lunch so I can sit here at the computer..."

This card needs to be OVER by 1pm EST. Sillakh may have just helped with that. (unless their itinerary is set in stone and they won't budge the main event up rather than just waste time until 1 :err)

 

Here's the ideal scenario:

The super bantamweights get in the ring in the next ten minutes, and one of them is KTFO in the first minute.

Then they get the headliners in there with minimal delay (maybe 20 minutes, putting us at ten past noon Eastern time...so if/when it goes the full 12 rounds there will be time to see it through up to the reading of the scorecards before lunchtime. )

 

If they'd just had the stupid card in Toney's home country, nobody would be having this problem. So inconvenient. Selfish Russian *******s.

How did that come about, anyway? Just who IS the Hall of Fame 1st ballot shoe-in here, huh? How come this is in Moscow and not Temecula? :huh
