Lebedev finally landing some clean shots. Flanagan didn't do anything.

 

Lebedev still more accurate. Nothing of note really. Just bouncing around in front of eachother pawing their lead hands.. . Dull.

Round 4

Lebedev is knifing Flanagan in the face with hard line drive up-jabs from a crouch at mid-range, stunning him a couple of times, eliciting whoops from the crowd. Lebedev still doing his light-footed slink-away in a straight line after connecting. If this crowd were from a Latin American or European country where soccer was king, you'd be hearing them shout "Olé" in unison every fifteen seconds. Flanagan throwing a bit less now, still a bit more than Lebedev, but increasingly cautious about shipping those counter jabs, doing more hopping in place and posing with his guard up and bobbing in front of his face. Flanagan misses a 1-2 and gets double-bopped with looping lefts to the body and cuffing the back of his neck as he falls in on Lebedev.

Not much in any of these rounds, all tentative. Flanagan probably showing too much repsect, and Lebedev likely wear after all the wear and tear of his career.

 

It's boxing on a Sunday, we take what we can get.
