Denis Lebedev vs. Roy Jones Jr. RBR

Lebedev takes the 7th. Roy looked tired then opened up and landed some. Denis' body work is getting t Jones though.

DL won the last, mainly on effective action, bullied Roy all over the ring, great body work in his flurries and nice adjustment for punching around RJJ's high guard. Roy did land some monsterous body blows and some great headshots at the end, but not enough to win it.

 

Roy just isn't throwing enough

 

I must be watching a different fight. Dennis constantly pressuring Jones, who retreats to ropes, time after time.

How does anyone have Roy ahead at this point? He is getting slapped around the ring.

Leb seems too lazy to go for the KO, however.

 

I think Roy should fight Allan Green at LHW... he would probably beat him

Roy looks completely gassed, he wasn't able to do anything but throw one 3 punch combo to the body that landed, other than that he was effectively blocking all of DL's work, but DL was just more active and controlling of all the action in the ring.

I expected this fight to be over by now. But, watchign led I am not surprised he doesnt have much power and he doesnt sit to rest between rds..big mistake.

He is out working RJj pretty handily but Rjj is landing yhre big shots but not enough of of
