Round 1

Ah, Wandera is a southpaw. His style is pretty loose, but he is alert and fluid in his motions. Right jabs streak out toward Sillakh. Left hooks to the body from Sillakh are answered with the lefty 1-2 up top. After an exchange of misses and an almost-clinch, Wandera falls down and flops exaggeratedly on the canvas with his legs sticking up. Smoger smirks while ruling it a slip. Wandera is a silly dude. They exchange jabs out of their opposing stances, with Sillakh circling outside and maintaining just enough distance to get his right hands off. Really nice 1-2 by Sillakh. Wandera is lunging with his lefts and slapping with right hooks, and missing.

Round 2

Sillakh is creeping in behind his long straight jab, angling himself aside so that he's a skinny target advancing on Wandera and taking just the proper steps to stay wide of his right jab. Sillakh is boxing really nicely. Wandera starts to slap with his right hook and gets parried as Sillakh just backhands with his left out of a relaxed stance. Wandera goes for a lead left and can't find the chin of the tall Sillakh leaning back. Nice hooks to the body by Sillakh. Wandera lands a grazing jab and eats a hard counter 1-2 to the chin. Wandera is pushing his jab now, letting it drift high and not setting up his advance well with it...compounded by wide left hands that leave him easily countered by left hooks to the orbital and right hands down the pipe.

Wandera doesn't look all that bad really, he's just in with a different class.

 

Round 3

Hard rights from Sillakh. Wandera is trying to answer back but can't get off as his skull is rattled constantly. Wandera is hurt! Sillakh pours punches on him, and Wandera staggers. Wandera turns his back and runs across the ring! Even Smoger might stop this! Wandera finally goes down! He gets a somewhat long count and Smoger lets it resume. Sillakh pounds him with right hands, and showboats a bit by spinning his fists in the air. Finally Smoger stops it.

 

Yeah, that was a case of living up to his reputation but not in a good way.

The knockdown was the end. That last thirty seconds was totally meaningless. Wandera wasn't going to get back into it.
