Didn't see anyone start a thread on this, but if they did and I missed it please delete. Says knee injury, and will be 3 weeks before he can resume training.
They need to get Boytsov, Haye, Helenius and G. Jones (he clearly is a HW now) in a 4 man tournament and let them fight every other opponent. When that is done, the 2 with the most points rematch in the final. That will keep 'm busy for about ever.
Damn... I really wanna see whether Denis can bring something to HW, but it's getting really , really hard to support a guy who either fights nobodies or no-one. I know he has injury issues but I've given him the doubt 'cos of the Universum ****. It'd not like I invest Myself emotionally in fighters, but still I saw Denis as a real prospect at HW and it's sad to see a guy just..I dunno..kinda This content is protected This content is protected
A David Haye vs. Denis Boytsov fight could probably never happen, since the chances are one or the other would pull out over and over again with an injury.
Best thing that could happen for young Denis. Now he can catch up on his pub cruising and partying. He is clearly more comfortable telling people in night clubs he is a fighter than actually training and fighting. Good for him. One should always try and earn a living doing what they do best in life.
whats with this kid. Will he ever become a top fighter...has the tools but perhaps not the constitution.
"Kid"? :blood He debuted nine years ago last week. Boytsov has spent an entire boxing lifespan frustrating us.
I just want to publicly acknowledge BE's inverted Farmy schtick in case nobody else has gotten it. (which, given the recent dip in average IQ around here... :err) Just so you know you're still appreciated in these parts. ...and, presumably, in parts unknown, whence you hail. Though I can't speak for them as I don't really...well, know them. By definition. :smooch
