Maybe you should watch "sum" of this: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJVx9GjIhDk[/ame] You're right. Other than great balance, fantastic speed, excellent defensive moves, KO power in both hands, the ability/desire to throw constant combinations, Tyson-esque aggression, Hagler-esque accuracy, and youth, this guy has NOTHING.
I left out: Amazing counter-puncher, and goes to the body like Rocky Balboa: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRP7l73ymNo[/ame] (If you're in a hurry, just watch from 7 min & on) It doesn't matter who he's fighting, those are SKILLS.
Boystov has faced literally 28 tomato cans in a row. He needs to fight Ring Mag Ranked contenders like Arreola, Chambers, Povetkin & Helenius, to prove he is a quality contender himself.
Well, that's not entirely true... He beat Pala (who hasn't lost since) and Bidenko when he was still concidered a top prospect. But lately he fights cans again.
Boytsov really needs to step it up to be honest. Yes, he may only be 25 but he has been pro since he was 18 and in almost 30 fights has never fought 12 rounds and his level of oppositions leaves a lot to be desired. He should be challanging for the European title by now at least, the division is hardly stacked, Michael Sprott has got another shot for christ sake.
he looks ok...........but hes had 28 pro fights....lets see at least a kali meehan on his resume:---(
I don't think it's fair to say he's going nowhere. I do think it's fair to say his health and progress has been disappointing.
