Wilder was KO'd by a Russian CW in the ams, Boytsov, inactive and injury prone as he is, is still way too dangerous for him

Man there is to many people on this forum that can't hide there racism. They fear Wilder is the reason they bash him so much.

That's a good question. I've heard about this guy for 2 or 3 years, but he never seems to fight. Plus who has he fought? I know Wilder has fought a bunch of cream puffs, but Boytsov doesn't even seem to fight.

I think Wilder is a thinner version of Shannon Briggs, but with less punch resistance. He is and will be fun to watch, but I don't think he will be dominant.

    That's so funny.

Wilder was a cruiserweight himself at the time and had about 20 amateur fights.

Larry Holmes had a stigma of being a quitter coming out of the amateurs. Didn't look like a quitter to me in the pros. There's video of one of the Klits getting KTFO in a kickboxing match. I could go on and on.

I wouldn't put too much stock in it.

Like the poster above said, time will tell. I do know that Golden Boy, Shelly Finkel and Al Haymon are behind Wilder, which makes me think they see something in him.

I used to think Dennis Boytsov was going to be the top heavyweight in the world some day. I don't think that way anymore. I think the sky's the limit for Detony Wilder. He's not as seasoned as most 27 year olds with his talents often are. This is a huge step up for wilder. Despite being pincle thin his increadbly strong. He showed good timing his last time out. I think he will pass this test.

Boytsov by a murder. Wilder's wide looping punches, his windmill style and his terrible punch resistance will be easy work for the short, stocky power-puncher that is Boytsov.

Boytsov would probably drop him a couple of times toward a 5th or 6th round stoppage.
No matter how protected (or just held back due to Universum's money problems) Denis has been the last couple of years, It's nothing compared to Deontay.
Wilder is too wild, and too inexperienced against boxers who can actually fight and aren't afraid to take a punch.
