What a joke of a decision. Baluta was clearly robbed here. Why was Dev Sahni tallying the scorecards with the inspector? This was clear hoemcooking.

What tonight showed is how good Liam Davies is.

 

Shame about the cut, McCann looked like he was finding his rhythm and putting some nice combos in. Had to dig deep with all that blood in his eyes.

I know but it wasn’t actually going in the eye. I dunno seemed more runny thinner blood than what you often see coming from the eye brow.

I can't argue too much with the points decision. Just disappointed the way it came about.

 

No, Baluta was taking over and McCann was looking tired before the cut. There’s a reason why this fight was 10 rounds and not 12 rounds even though McCann’s last fight was scheduled for 12 rounds.

It was a robbery. I don’t like using that word but this was a clear robbery. It’s a shame as it was a great main event.

They should rematch over 12 at the Copperbox. It would do good numbers. Get Moses Itauma and some other ticket sellers on the card.

Come on mate you know that was corruption. It was over 9 rounds so there’s no way it can be a draw on the cards unless a judge scored a round 10-10. I find it hard to believe 2 judges have scored a round 10-10.

The 86-85 McCann card was even worse. No one on here or the general forum who scored RBR scored it even or for McCann. McCann showed a lot of heart and looked good at times against a very good fighter but he clearly lost tonight.

The consensus online is that Baluta won. Also, why were there two scorecards on the table? One was being looked at by Dev Sahni and the other by the inspector. Is that common practice?

A great fight is marred by a terrible decision from the judges.
