Round 3

Vassell drives in and gets clinched, works his left hand while free. CUFFING RIGHT HAND to the back of Ushona's head. Nice. Ushona dives in and headbutts Vassell in the stomach, and shoves him back. Ushona ought to be warned soon, very wild stuff going on here. Ushona lands a jab and flops backward, his upper body wavering. Vassell finds his head a difficult target as Ushona leans all the way back while fleeing. Good little exchange, Ushona actually landed better but was backing up.. Vassell holds and digs a right to the body. Ushona is trying to circle into a position to find Vassell poorly squared up and land a right hand. Can't, really.

Round 4

Wrestling now. Vassell digs to the body. Ushona is still elusive and quite negative. Vassell isn't sharp enough to catch him at long range and keeps trying to cut the ring off, always a half step behind. Reaching hooks by Vas. They grind together against the ropes and Vassell works his hands with only moderate effect on the inside. Ushona throws a wild 1-2 probably with no intention of landing (doesn't) but keeps Vassell guessing as to his position. Ushona all over the place. Vassell tries to spike him down with body punches but can't quite get the traction. Ushona is too unwilling. Ushona with an uppercut in the clinch. very soft, but scores. Vassell takes time off here. vassell jabs tamely and gets counter jabbed.

Round 5

Vassell jabs strongly, but only fair in accuracy. Ushona is really cagy. Slapping 1-2 by Ushona. Vassell barely felt it, but it's more than he's landed really. Ushona now brings it with a slapping all-around combo. Vassell just ignores it and keeps trying to trap Ushona, watching his tricky legs. Ushona again lands a slapping right hand from outside. He's got a real yo-yo style that's horrible for putting leverage on his shots but is allowing him to "hit and not get hit". You must score it to Ushona unless Vassell gets through with something big. :conf Lots of missing by Vas.
