    I'm sorry but Pac has to find better opponents than Alvarado. Alvarado is not a champ, has done nothing significant besides beating Rios once.

    140 pounder.

    It's borderline passable as a comeback TUNEUP fight, but still a completely garbage opponent.

    If Pac doesn't win big here. Then retire.

    While it will annoy me that Pacquiao fans will claim this a an amazing welterweight competition, I might put my money on Alvarado. I'm okay with this fight I'm not okay with it being at 147 anyone who is not a fan.

    LOL, I knew if it was between Marquez, Bradley, and Alvarado he would go with Alvarado.
    Hopefully we can get a bradley - marquez fight in november or December.

    Pac gonna lay a serious ass whooping on Alvarado, its gonna look similar to his fight against David Diaz.

    Pacquiao needs to look spectacular here. Alvarado shouldn't be too competitive. If it's a drag-out war or a really tough battle, Pacquiao should call it quits.

    I agree, I mean this should be a fight where Pacquiao can do what he wants, when he wants....the only messed up thing about this fight is that it could really deaden a 3rd fight between Alvarado and Rios if Pac is still an elite fighter.

    Rios - Alvarez 3 should be on the undercard of JMM/Manny vs Bradley.
    Arum seems to want to cash out on Alvarez a great deal.

    I'll be watching if its on HBO. I'm certainly not buying the PPV. The good thing about this is that it paves the way for Marquez/Bradley

    I guarantee Alvarado will be bigger than Pac in the ring. I hope Alvarado comes to fight so Pac can look good.
