Three attendees, spread out and sat 20+ chairs apart from each other. The rest of the people milling about seem to be ring/venue crew or parts of various teams.

Hey wtf that looked to be a knockdown! Soroka maybe robbed of a call there...could be an upset brewing.

Just checking...and OMG, yes that was a blatant flush coil-spring jab/hook by Soroka that put Daukenov on his ass. Clear as day knockdown. Should be 10-8 Soroka.

Wouldn't be the first time Daukenov was upset since turning pro, either...

He lost a UD to Ziyoyidin Ogli Toxirov of Uzbekistan in 2018 (with Toxirov coming in with an even uglier 1-2 record than Soroka's 3-3)

 

The fight? Almost no interest whatsoever really, just idling away time until heading out to intercept Lil Butt - on principle, though, I hate to see a lower-card underdog club fighter deprived of a shot at turning over the apple cart (or really seeing anybody not credited officially with a knockdown when deserved, regardless of context )

 

(and, I might have a touch of what some call obsessive compulsive tendencies... I won't say disorder, because that's a real thing and people casually throw around diagnoses like "OCD" and "schizo" far too liberally while ignorant of what they actually entail)

 

Soroka has a black eye but he's fighting with self-belief.

They're both having good moments. I honestly don't have an inkling of what to expect if this reaches the judges' scorecards.

 

For a show opener between acolytes this is pretty good stuff.
