I’m almost as excited for Berinchyk’s entrance as I am for the fight itself. What absurd costume will he wear to the ring tonight? Dude cracks me up
-Berinchyk using his speed and movement to circle, Arakawa sending jabs out but they all miss, Berinchyk applying some pressure but no real intensity, mostly just a battle of jabs with neither landing much, a good body shot from Berinchyk, and a good right from Berinchyk up top, Arakawa slips - crowd cheer but clearly ruled a slip, Arakawa applying pressure but far too slow with his footwork and gets turned, a good short left from Arakawa late in the round. 10-9 Berinchyk Not as violent as expected...
-Ah now we have some action, as both stand in the pocket a bit and let shots go, Berinchyk missing a fair bit, Berinchyk looks to be cut right eye think it came from a headclash but it's nothing major, Berinchyk really struggling to land ...though so is Arakawa, Arakawa is the one pressing forward, Berinchyk landing the better shots but looks pretty negative at times, a good right from Berinchyk lands clean, a left from Arakawa but Berinchyk returns fire, Arakawa with a good flurry late but Berinchyk has the final say. 20-18
-Berinchyk seems to have upped his intensity early on, Arakawa still the man pressing for the most part but Berinchyk is letting shots go a little more freely, Arakawa continuing to miss regularly, Berinchyk with a good body shot, and a short hook up top, and again from Denys as Arakawa backs up, more body work from Denys, Arakawa getting inside and forcing a third break in the space of about 30 seconds, series of clean shots from Berinchyk. 3-0 Best round so far, clear Berinchyk round as he moved through the gears
-Arakawa again on the front foot but Berinchyk the one landing, a shot after a break is call from Berinchyk who is really moving through the gears, Arakawa's chin gets whacked, and again, body shot from Berinchyk, clean right from Berinchyk, and another that looked like it buckled Arakawa's knees for a second, Arakawa being used as a human punchbag at times, Berinchyk starts to push Arakawa backwards. 4-0
