5-AND WE HAVE A WAR! Arakawa coming forward and throwing Berinchyk returns fire! Seems like Watanabe have told Arakawa he needs to take more risks, Berinchyk gets back to moving and landing at will without taking anything, a combination up close from Berinchyk and Arakawa backs up to regroup, big body shot from Berinchyk, and a cracking hook up top, the variety and speed of Berinchyk is far too much far Arakawa, a left from Arakawa lands, a body shot from Berinchyk,

    5-0

Berinchyk in control, but can't dissuade Arakawa from coming forward for long

6-Arakawa charges Berinchyk to begin the round, Berinchyk sees him coming and gets back to business, messy action now with Berinchyk wrestling more, Arakawa is continuing to just march forward like a mad man, Berinchyk looking annoyed and is perhaps lucky not to be warned for hitting when told to stop, Arakawa is getting inside and making things messy -which is leading the wrestling and the frustration. 6-0

Lets see how good Berinchyks stamina is.

Yup! Never been beyond 8, he's in a clear lead but seems like he wasted a lot of energy early and is getting frustrated

7-More of the same as the previous round, Arakawa trying to get inside and work, causing messiness and Berinchyk doesn't like it at all, Berinchyk is excellent at mid range though and controls everything when he can maintain that distance, Arakawa continues to march forward, Berinchyk skipping around the ring and looks to be throwing less and and standing his ground a lot less now, but he is still landing almost all the good shots, a good burst from Berinchyk. 7-0

8-Berinchyk on the move picking his shots then getting away, Arakawa keeping pressure on as well as he can (shame his feet are so ****ing slow!), body shot from Arakawa is a slap, Berinchyk totally unable to fight for 3 minutes a round now and is moving a lot more than he'd likely feel comfortable with, body shots from Arakawa

    8-0

As close a round we've had since the opener

Krassyuk and Vitali sat ringside looking impressed by something

9-First time Berinchyk has been in round 9...Arakawa still pressing and chasing Berinchyk around, the Ukrainian landing the better shots still but he's lost almost all his intensity, Arakawa working the body in the clinch, Arakawa launches a crude attack, time is called and the referee looks at Berinchyk's head before allowing the fight to continue, referee warns Arakawa for something and threatens to take a point next time, Berinchyk smashes through the air with two wild and crazy hooks, headclash leaves Arakawa cut left eye and deducted a point, sneaky right from Arakawa. 10-8 round.

10-Arakwa warned for use of the head again, huge right from Berinchyk, Berinchyk again using WAAAY too much movement at times, Arakawa not quick enough ...never was and never will be, Berinchyk backs off after a body shot, not sure if he MAYBE felt that or was playing games, ref on Arakawa's case about everything now, clean head shots from Berinchyk and Arakawa walks through them, a LOOOOT of movement again from Berinchyk...understand playing safe but it's very much wasted movement given he's facing someone as slow as Arakawa.

11-Things getting messy again as Arakawa gets close, Arakawa hitting the body as Berinchyk holds, Arakawa warned for hitting the kidneys, very ugly at times, Berinchyk pushes Arakawa down as they break from a clinch, body shots from Arakawa, Berinchyk looks like he wants to up the tempo but Arakawa slips in and holds, body shot from Arakawa, 3 right hands from Berinchyk, and another, a good left from Arakawa and as they swing for for the fences they fall into each other, action is picking up as we go to the bell

Not as exciting as I anticipated but I think it was good for Berinchyk to get in this experience and learn from the rounds.

12-And we have a ****ing fight! Both just launching shots! Crazy wild action to begin the round, Arakawa almost gets himself bent over in position for a powerbomb, bombs from Berinchyk, Arakawa tries to fire back but struggles to land, a huge right from Berinchyk, stiff jabs from Berinchyk, Arakawa tries to barrel forward but gets tagged, wild back and forth with Berinchyk again getting the better of it,

Some GREAT action in round 12

120-107 Berinchyk. Arakawa served his purpose

It's just that Arakawa takes punches (well, Berinchyk's punches, at least) very well and he understands that he's quite old already.
