Zayas is probably the Top Rank boxer in most need of development. They do a great job of it, look at this card.

But as good as he is, he really isn't ready for the next level, or anyone who can punch harder than him and box. He still needs a lot more development.

He can talk all he wants to about Vergil Ortiz but he needs to stay away from him till he develops definite power.
