The thing is it's all about context yes Wilder's title defences look quite impressive looking on the outside, but when you delve deeper he won his title off one of the worst title holders in history aka Stirverne. And then only beat two ranked opponents a rematch vs a terriblly obese Sitrverne who was average, and then an old Ortiz who was 39 and over the age of 40 in both fights who's done nothing notable after losing to Wilder.

If Wilder gets praised for beating an older Ortiz then the same logic should apply for Parker beating Wilder who was younger than Ortiz.

It is posts like these that shows who you really are. Someone who doesn't actually believe the things they say, and are purely here to stir the pot and play the villian role. The only thing that isn't clear is if you do it for your own bizzare form of entertainment, or to drive forum activity.

Terrible career, his best wins are geriatric Luis Ortiz and fat penguin Stiverne, the rest are nobodies. Wilder is probably the biggest coddled, manufactured champion in boxing history. Definition of a fraud.

He looked terrible because he was always flawed when it came to fundamentals. Fury exposed Wilder by showing the world, take away Wilders right hand, it will be easy work. Parker fought a smart fight. Used distance to take away the power jab before the big right. Once that strategy was effective, Wilder had nothing. He never became a student of the craft. Now the chickens have come home to roost.

He doesn't belong in the HOF at all. He beat one decent fighter, one, Ortiz. And that's based on eye test cause Ortiz didn't do **** resume wise.

Used distance? He literally followed Wilder around and Deontay couldn't pull the trigger to stop him in his tracks. No one has ever followed Wilder like that without being seriously hurt. Peak Deontay would've measured with the left jab and then exploded the right hand through the guard.

Parker stayed out of range. That's why Wilder wasn't able to get any offense going. Make up all the excuses you want. 12-0 Parker. Wilder has no fundamentals, that was the bigger issue, not age or being over the hill. Or a combination of age and no skill. Yeah, let's go with that.

I am trying to establish a genuine ranking of Wilder, which is hard because I spent so long dismissing him as an absolute joke.

I just don't see how I ever can rank him as HOF worthy

That was an over confidence and unprepared Wilder. It is damn hilarious he is now washed up 14 months removed from putting Helenius to sleep. This was a guy that didnt prepared at all and just showed up and thought his physical attribute was enough. Parker walked him down and punched him in the mouth. Since Wilder trained for a statue and a Parker didnt play the role of a statue. The Bronze windmill was bewildered.
