I think Wilder even admitted it in interviews. He said Wlad gave him a boxing lesson he now understood he had his work cut out for him. RJJ said last Saturday Wilder's handlers made a big mistake letting Wilder spar Wlad .. probably broke his self-confidence should they ever meet in the ring.
If it happens early next year, then it will look like a shorter version of the Wach fight imo... Wilder isn't anywhere near ready, despite holding a belt. The Stiverne fight was a very good win for him, but people have forgotten just how poor his opposition was all the way up to it.
Scott/Wilder was a horrible eliminator on paper... The actual fight, well that's a whole different discussion. Scott lost to Chisora, beats a bum and then he's earned himself a spot in an eliminator? Ridiculous. Just goes to show how corrupt the WBC are, I could think of probably 10 people who were more deserving than Scott.
Wilder may have very good handspeed and power in this fists, but his footwork is tragic, not to menton his technique ..... Wlad will destroy him like Wach, but inside 2-3 rounds or will rush him like Pulev and KO him inside 1 round. With Fury will happen exactly the same. Fury can weight more, but no way in hell he is stronger then Wlad. Klitschko is stronger in all imporant parts where its needs.
Nobody with a name like Leshun is beating Wlad. What's wrong with his mom, she couldn't figure out how to spell LaShawn?
I don't know about all that. I will say it's the most interesting fight to make at HW currently given WIlder's size and immense power (especially with that right hand.) There'll be a point in the fight, more than likely, where Wilder will stun WLadimir if he nails him flush with that right hand. If that happens, he better jump on him immediately and try to close the show. I favor Wladimir in this match, with his length of dominance and extensive ring experience, he seems like the safe bet. But WIlder is probably the livest underdog Wlad has seen since he fought Sam Peter.
