Rofl, I was waiting for a long paragraph cleverly demeaning his championship status

 I completely misread the title. I thought it said Wanheng Menayothi 5 year anniversary as champion.

Deontay's such a special champion indeed. Well done bomb squad, thanks for making sure he keeps hold of that title, and not allowing that bodybuilder from getting his grubby hands on that shiny green belt!

He’s about as impressive as that great American champ Charles Martin

Ortiz, Ortiz, Stiverne, Stiverne, gift against Fury and getting rocked by Molina and Doohoo, comeback KO against Spilka. What a run.

    He's NOT a champion. He's a belt holder.

Hope to see him next year against Fury, AJ, Usyk or Kownacki . Haven't seen much of Rivas, but would prefer him ranked #4 WBC, while WBA ranks Ortiz #4.

Anyone know what Stiverne & Arreola were ranked when they fought for the vacant title? That's how Wilder began his 5 run paper title run with Stiverne.

    Stiverne was ranked 5th
    Arreola was ranked 43rd
