Yeah it is. Look at the people Wilder beat to put himself at this supposed level.

    Ortiz, Stiverne, Helenius.

There's no way 2012 Hasim Rahman was at prime Deontay Wilder level

Ortiz would’ve beaten Povetkin, who PED’ed his out of two Wilder fights to feast on bums.

Once again, Povetkin failed every time he stepped up to Wilder’s level, but Wilder beat a guy at or above Povetkin’s level twice and drew with a guy above Povetkin’s level.

Who did Ortiz ever beat for you to believe he was ever close to that level?

Povetkin beat multiple people at or above Wilders level.

Wilder never came close to proving himself against someone of Povetkins level.

One has to seriously question why Wilder was willing to use the "I'm not fighting a drugs cheat" (paraphrasing) excuse to dodge Povetkin, but was perfectly happy to chase after what looked like a ruined drugs cheat in Fury, surely?

And likewise why Povetkin was off limits but Ortiz was fine...

Ortiz best win was simple - he didn't have many to choose from - it was gatekeeper Bryant Jennings, most famous for losing WIDE against Wlad (not necessarily a mark of shame) than for actually beating anyone significant... Oh and that was 2.5-3 years before Ortiz fought Wilder - a long time when you're talking about a fighter who's 38 and on heart meds as Ortiz was against Wilder.

Oh, and Wilder very nearly lost that first Ortiz fight, too.

I don’t know what Tay did to upset, but I can’t remember seeing you behave this irrationally.

Ortiz outperformed Wlad in beating a top 5 contender. Povetkin lost every second to Wlad and did far worse against his common opponents with Wlad.

Nothing I quite enjoyed his career.

But Ortiz never did beat anyone to prove he was on Povetkins level.

Povetkin beat 4 people at or above Wilders level. Chagaev, Byrd, Rahman and Whyte.

The only fights Wilder faced at or above Povetkins level were Fury and Parker. He lost to them both.

Povetkin lost to Wlad, AJ and Whyte. 3 fighters that Wilder failed to face in his career. 3 fighters that would have been by far the best victories of Wilder's career had he beaten them.

Ortiz, Brezeale and Stiverne. Which of them ever beat a fighter as good as Rahman?

Wilder was the number 4 of the post Wlad era, don't get me wrong. But lets not pretend the level of fighters he beat were anything special. Brezeale, Stiverne and Ortiz. You said it yourself man.

Lol so not all of them.

Who did Stiverne and Ortiz beat to make you think they'd beat Rahman?

Jennings and Stiverne beat Areolla but I feel you cause ya it's more of a pick em fight vs 2012 Rahman

I can flip it the other way

Who did 2012 Rahman beat that makes you think he'd beat them ?

Breazeale would ko 2012 Rahman early.

He’s just trolling because I upset him. He tends to do that.
