Dumb his problem is not power its he has poor defense no boxing ability
Yeah 310lbs even if that is 310lbs isn't a lot for a guy well over 200lbs. Yep Mosely benched more, Broner benched 315lbs with equally bad form, I've seen Fury bench over 370lbs for 3 reps and I've seen Whyte bench 440lbs for 2 reps.
Question is there a top heavyweight that can't bench more than Wilder lol.
What a knob.
This is just even more hilarious now, his form is absolutely shocking.
If any of Wilders team advised him to put this up then I'm sorry but Wilder has minimal chance of winning. This just makes him look useless why upload this.
First of all, his form was shite and secondly just by holding that bar for him those spotters took off a lot of that weight so he definitely did not do 310lbs.
Are you serious? I've got a bridge I can sell you
No. Not serious. Now, about that bridge. Is it a wooden covered bridge? I've always wanted one of those. LOL
He needs to improve his boxing ability and balance instead of lifting weights. Nothing wrong with his power in his right hand.
It would be better he got under a squat rack and built some power in those skinny legs, concentrating on explosiveness rather than hoisting heavy weights..
Usyk most likely.
In history? Probably Joe Frazier and a lot of older school guys. Right now? I dunno. Hunter maybe? Usyk? Thought I reckon they'd put up bigger numbers.
He wants to risk his shoulders on a 1RM which has utterly no carryover to anything outside the gym? His business, but there are a dozen decent trainers who would tell him there are better, less risky, more useful ways to spend his time and energy ...
Maybe this is wilders attempt at mind games, trying to scare fury into piling the weight on so he slowes him up and he can nail him with the only thing he knows how to do punch, maybe not he’s not that bright lol
This is straight up pathetic. I bench more than him, and his form was terrible.
The only thing he will achieve with that is a injury, nothing else.
