Sounds like a good plan and it will be the most functional training he can do as Fury will be bringing a big spare tire around his waist this time around. His guts were overflowing at the press conference looking like a cupcake out the oven.

I like that natural plank and outdoor nature training for explosiveness. Fury will be trying to walk him down again and Wilder should work on exploding from the crouch with fast power combos. Instead of bench pressing, I would have giants like Fury lean on him and bully him in training and have Wilder push them off and work the body, and uppercut.

Also, I saw that bench press by Wilder and although it's good weight he got up, his arms were uneven as one was weaker and that's how you tear a shoulder or rotator cuff. I would stay away from that before a huge fight.

The video of Wilder bench pressing, whilst arching his back off the table and then also have 2 of his bum chums helping him lift both sides - continues to be one of the funniest things ive seen recently.

    What a bell end.

I see these videos and it just reinforces how weak mentally I think Wilder is.

Personally, I think he shits himself as soon as he steps in the ring with Fury.

He can do bench presses til he's blue in the face, it aint gonna help him.

What he desperately needs is to attain some boxing skills, skills that will provide him a prayer of beating Fury, the man he could not ko.

Impressed by Wilder's squeals and whoops on his fake weights. Should land him an acting nomination from somebody.

Wilder has had hype men (Scott bieng the ultimate) and yes men from day 1. He still LITERALLY cried after the 1st bout weigh in where they were separated and he could hide behind a mask. He still looked like he was about to faint before the 2nd bout.

When he stares into Fury's beady little eyes for the 3rd bout that emotional and mental weakness CANNOT BE AVOIDED. He's going to choke. Knees weak arms are heavy there's vomit on his shorts already, moms spaghetti.

Don't get be wrong Fury is definitely no easy fight, miles ahead on movement and footwork. Would have to be a fool too argue against that. Joyce has a slow plodding way of grinding people down, just keeps walking through shots and getting his own work in.

Think it would make an interesting match up, polar opposites in style's. Chin Vs awkward

What kills me is the dramatic camera angle of Denotay sitting down, contemplating the sheer hell he is going to subject himself to and then emerge victorious from.

You cannot compare Wilder lifting 145 lbs. more than Frazier with totally different lifts.
Likely you just do not know weightlifting, but look up the records for the respective lifts: even using some legs, the overhead push press records & amounts are much less than for the bench presses. Because it takes the chest out of the equation.

Also while they both have terrible form, Wilder needs to cheat-without the massive illegal back/but arch, no way does he get that weight up.
Frazier is ineffective using his (powerful, unlike Wilder) legs-his poor form just cost him weight/completing at least 160.

Also unless it was chubby older Frazier, Wilder weighs significantly more-with way less lower body muscle-since he is about 9" taller.
