If you call that not looking great then fine, but it was looking like ****. Like absolute **** against a level of opposition that Fury was past after about 5 fights, i'm sorry but he's less of a prospect that Fury and Price. Fury's level of competition is worlds apart from Wilder's (and Fury is fighting cans) and Price has looked just as impressive as Wilder has, without the looking **** vs Awful opponents mixed in.

Hate to burst your bubble, but there is a reason why The Ring's main focus for their latest issue was.....The British Heavyweight Division.

They all have their limitations but someone has to take over when the Klitschko's are gone and Great Britain's best heavy's are in an excellent place to do so.

    :good :good :good

I think his chin will get found out against a solid power puncher personally and Hennessy knows that.

  5. I saw a wilder fight a while ago, what a circus.

It was in some school gym in Arkansas or some backwater like that, wilder was fighting a fat midget.

He threw a combo (over half the punches missed) and the ref waved it off while the little podgy fella stood there looking bemused (the same as he had during the "fight")

The crowd were all chanting" deontay, deontay, deontay " while wilder did the robot.

I just shook my head at what the once great American heavyweight division had been reduced to.

    Fury Ko3 wilder

There's a reason Wilder fights cans only.

Plenty of big chaps around or above Fury's level that have a bit of power about them. Helenius, Dimitrenko, Ustinov, Wach, Price, Wilder, Thompson, Grant, Fields and even Audley. Nobody can honestly say Fury is several levels above any of these blokes. Well probably Audley but still.

I think people on these forums are having a pop at Wilder because everyone else is.

Even his trainer said if he didn't knock out all his opponents and had a 65% ko ratio knowone would be so digging.

Its true he has fought nobody of real threat or level. But everyone has a pop at Heavyweight prospects too easily. I remember my Grandad told me people called Forman and Tyson tomato can beaters and nothing else.

I really hope Wilder fights a top twenty ranked guy at least next fight, hell maybe they could invite someone like McDermott or Harrison (if he fails against Price) over, he'd make him fight.

People are looking at Wilder like he is America's Larry O. Thats not fair.

I am no fan of Fury, he got a gift from O'Conner against Big John and he knows it. His biggest win is against a fat Chisora, who has a great engine but not much else. He will keep ducking fights until a belt is there for the taking.
