This seems to be the reason why he has a such chicken legs. He doesn't do his roadwork! He probably skips the leg days too! He prefers going to swimming pool and gets his stamina from there.

Boxers need the legs to be a complete fighter. If you don't have legs you'll get exposed as soon as you face someone who can punch.

David haye doesn't either. As long as you can go 12x3 your all good. Running wouldn't fatten his legs up any either.

Running is will help the legs from fatigue

Hate does short explosive sprints and then a bit of legwork exercise
Wilder seems to do none this boy is going to get found out once he gets past all theses charitable voluntaries

If long distance running gave you huge legs then marathon runners would have huge legs. They don't! They have matchstick legs like Wilder does.

Roadwork can be overrated.. the aim of the game is to work 3 minutes.. but the aim of the game is to also KO the opponent.. hook for 3 minutes.. or pick your shots.. that's not to say you can't gain endurance other ways like the actuality of boxing.. or other ways than the two already mentioned.. to be complete is to be complete.. but it's also boxing in which you do run backwards sure..

    Barx..

    Running destroys ligaments and tendons.

    Swimming does not.
