Yeah! but whats is actually the weight llimit for cruiserweight???? Some sites says 200 lb, some 205 lb and some 210 lb.?? What is the correct one :huh ??
Fury didn't, and even his cometition is well beyond Wilder. Hendo is an idiot. I am sorry, but that is the truth. As for Wilder, as I have stated several times, I hope you are right. This guy has some very attractive skills, but they are hiding something, and I think we all know what that is: as Adamek would say, the Cheen!
200 lb. I'm not aware of any ranked cruiser over 6'5 tbh. Maybe if Wilder is really skinny he could get down there but its likely not a good career move because it would be tougher and tougher to make that weight as he gets older. So I think he's being groomed to be a heavyweight throughout his career and be comfortable at heavy--eg fight at 215-220.
Kid needs few more fights to hone his skills. give him time to learn his craft. You are nothing but a damn hater who wants Deontay fighting guys who could hurt him.
I know. He's still green. No need to rush him. Let him step it up when he's ready. He still has plenty of time. Kid's still young. Balls haven't dropped yet. No need to rush.
6 years later and he is now WBC champ with multiple wins over top 20 level opposition. 6 years ago he was beating guys outside the top 100.
i am happy with the washington fight . much more of a test than the pole who was a 100-1 shot and i would still not have bet on him to beat wilder. washington has only average power /but he is big /decent speed / knows the basics and usa v usa is something wilder should have done more.
And all means NOTHING if they are not top 5 at LEAST at this point carrying a WBC HW belt for 2 years.
