I find it pretty lame to see people dumping all over Wilder after his obviously courageous effort against Fury. The man proved he could still knock out and probably beat practically other heavyweight out there (the only one I'm doubting him against is Usyk. Period).

That man fought his heart out, no excuses for either side. He went out on his shield. Can't say that about guys like AJ, and if we get down to the nitty gritty, I'd be shocked if anyone thought fatboy Ruiz could take him.

Wilder held the title five years, ten successful defenses. The competition wasn't great out there to begin with and let's face it, Fury's only truly great wins have been against him.

So let's ease up and show some class in reference to probably the third best heavyweight in the world (and no, AJ and Ruiz ain't second by a long shot).

He definitely has more heart than bodybuilder. I don't like Wilder but i respect that he went out on shield.

Wilder is very overrated and limited boxer but massive puncher. Horrifying power. His right hand is cheat code

Wish he came in at 210-215 lbs. Would have given himself the best chance of success

It was a great fight. I'll be out front, I was rooting for Fury. Fury came in fat. He may have weighed the same but he had the Andy Ruiz jiggles. Wilder came in like a man possessed. It was obvious he trained a lot harder and had a new game plan. Unfortunately he gave it up by the third round and reverted to head hunting with his right hand forgetting about the jab. Fury had almost no head movement and wasn't feinting continually, probably due to over confidence and lack of conditioning. But it was still a great fight. Hat's off to Wilder for getting off the floor and almost knocking Fury out (it seemed like a long count for Fury). Hats off to Fury for coming back and knocking Wilder out. He tired him out by leaning on him the whole fight, which I'm sure was part of his plan.

So congrats to both of them. I'd like to see Joshua fight either one

Wilder has YET to show us he can defeat Ruiz, Whyte, Parker, Joshua, Kownacki etc and somehow he already supersedes All of them because of his entertaining fights against Fury? At most Wilder only managed to win 4-6 rounds in 3 fights against Fury. Wake me up when Wilder beats someone with a pulse.

Kownacki, the dude that got wrecked twice by Hellinous? That’s the measuring stick for you? He has a “pulse” but Brazeale, Ortiz, Fury don’t?

Dropped seven times by Fury as well (which includes the two legitimate knockdowns Fury scored in the second fight which pro-Wilder referee Bayless incorrectly ruled as slips).

hes durable and carries legendary 1 punch knckout power all 12 rounds, thats a very dangerous combination. That alone has gotten him to the top of the heavyweight division and was once considered the best and most dangerous heavyweight by many.

People aren't dumping on Wilder for his display of heart; on the contrary, almost everyone in the RBR praised him for his heart and for going out on his shield. The reason people are dumping on Wilder is because of his lack of class and sportsmanship once the fight was done. It's almost as if he actively sought to run off any fans and undo any goodwill he gained by his display in the third fight with Fury.

Pride kept him going in the fight. You can't say what he did and not go out on your shield.. No one was going to save him from himself in that fight. So he took a beating to prove a point he can take a beating. Let the celebration begin.

Yes he does, but I'm starting to wonder if he's damaged goods. He took a lot of punishment in these past 2 fights, he looked dazed. I want to see him fight Joshua and Ruiz, and then retire. If he becomes another Matthew Saad Muhammad that would be really sad.

I agree! When Fury went down my heart stopped for a second, I thought "is this it? Is the upset finally here?".

Glad he's getting credit for his efforts.
