Fury wants to punish him, which makes him dangerous.

    Calm down Deontay,
    Just sit back and Chill,
    Don't say that you're legally,
    Able to kill, :nonono
    Focus on skills,
    That you've clearly not got,
    Maybe you can pick them,
    Up from Malick Scott,
When you say stuff like this,
You come off as a brute,
    Talking **** that brings boxing,
    Into disrepute,

It's childish to think any of these fighters are 'scared' of each other. They just aren't. Wilder has already lost, and despite the bravado another loss against Fury or Joshua would still net him at least 7 figures. To think they're 'scared' is just juvenile fantasy.

Why is it Childish? If I see video evidence to suggest someone is afraid, I'm not just assuming for no reason.

Wilder seems very awkward when discussing Joshua, Fighters put their body and pride on the line. Wilder looked very scared when taking the beating off Fury.

You can tell if a person is scared by their body language. I'm not going to assume someone is scared of someone if they duck them, but if a persons tone of voice/body language/words can be witnessed clear as day, you can make assumptions about what they're feeling based on that.

Because lots of people on the general forum love to talk about fighters 'being scared' or 'ducking' constantly - it's all jolly good fun I'm sure, but in reality these professional prize fighters aren't 'scared' of each other as a rule. People on this forum get titillated by it, but it's not really true.

Thank you. I gave up fighting this fight years ago, but the idea that elite fighters are "afraid" of getting hit by another fighter are silly. These guys know what they are risking in terms of long-term damage to their health; the thing they are afraid of is not maximizing their money.

I hoped for a more enticing response, I must say I'm mildly disappointed. Carry on spelling bee champ I’ll be sure to incorporate “mould” into my next writing assignment as per Dodgysyrup.

Again with the generalizations, support can be inspired from many different aspects of a fighter's background. I drew my support from Wilders connection with his disabled daughter. All this talk about judgement yet you continue to make these blanketed remarks.

Have to respect consistency - good man.

Wilder may be immoral garbage, but no-one deserves to die in the ring

Yes Wilder could legally kill Fury in the squared circle, would not be the first boxer to kill an opponent.

Will Wilder get Furys body on his kill record?........probably not.

Folk use many ways of building their motivation, the great middleweight champ Stanley Ketchell built his rage/aggression toward his next opponent by picturing them insulting his mother who he was close to.

Wilder is going to need that aggression from the first bell, if Fury is allowed to get into his rhythm then Wilder 100% loses, so the Bronze Bombers only chance at all is to be explosive from the outset and keep on hitting anything above the waist of Fury and hope he connects with Furys mandible, need to follow Marcianos philosophy of it is more tiring receiving a punch than it is throwing it, like a ice hockey player Wilder has to keep throwing the puck at the net and by doing so hope one will go in.

Facing a 6'9 270 pounds of Fury who decimated him in last bout, and folk criticise Wilder for using non politically correct words to motivate himself, i say he has got to do what he needs to.

Words have and will continue to be thrown out by both combatants and their teams, the only thing that we fans need to focus on is what happens in the available 36 minutes of the actual bout.

Yeah he was incredibly crude, just insanely powerful. He was an odd character from the beginning, guess it wouldn't have been a huge stretch to imagine him having gone down the dark path he did.
