He has a special needs daughter. And to hear his comments really irks me. His little angel is lucky herself to be here still and he talking about wanting to legally kill someone. Wilder is a POS in my eyes. Hope he gets leveled. Again

i hope her gets leveled, and tbh gets a really bad scare.
but i wouldn't like to wish an permanent damage on him.

but from what breland has said about him and what he says he seems like an arrogant jackass that needs to have some sense beaten into him

It's literally entirely Britain's fault that it ever happened. Northern Ireland shouldn't exist as a nation. There shouldn't be a huge Protestant and anti-Irish diaspora in Ireland. That was deliberately created when they took most of Ulster's arable land from the Irish and gave it to British landlords. You as a Brit should be very familiar with your divide and conquer tactics.

    :(
Yeah, Britain partitioned Ireland, largely to suit the Northern Irish unionists who can't accept they're Irish! :D

It's ok, that fella you're talking to won't go all B-Specials on ya!

    ;)

I thought it was a bizarre comment that he made.

Why belittle someone's history like that?

You weren't asking for sympathy or playing the victim, so his attitude was unnecessarily snide.

He is clearly very upset about something.

I don't agree with the IRA's methods or ideology but there wouldn't be an IRA in existence if the Brits didn't make the Irish Catholics second class citizens in their own country.

I'm British, English to be precise.

You can admit the reality of Irish history and still be who you are.

In the context of this thread It's about the history, the truth, not emotions and personal animosity.

ShovelHook wasn't insulting anyone or asking for sympathy, he was simply stating some accepted facts.

He's upset that the Brits are hated by so many for good reason.

Good it means we stood for something. Right or wrong, that we did.

But I was sort of fishing for this reaction, because now I know what your true feelings are in a rather subtle way I must say.

Lol agreed, I am over the top I would never deny it. I'm also not arguing the intensity of Irelands struggle just stating it differs from the transatlantic slave trade.

If it's this hard for you to accept I don't share the same opinion as you do regarding the comparisons of the two circumstances then let's leave it alone. I've already made it known that im well aware and well informed of the Irish predicament. I don't need to agree it can be compared to the transatlantic slave trade. Your confusing my refusal to compare the two as implying one was a greater evil versus the other.

If you want to continue down your rabbit whole then I can't stop you. Your opinion of me won't change my career, personal success, family texture etc. Enjoy wasting your energy attempting to undermine me.

After this next fight with Fury, I fully expect him to be committed to a loony bin. No way will he be able to cope
