He is just miking the sport for everything he can to pad his bank account. Fortunately he can do this because he fights in a market that is starved for American champions and has a wealthy promoter/advisor/enabler. This is the sort of thing that sullens this sport yet some applaud this tatic/path of least resistance because they are either agenda laden or too dumb to see through the dynamic.
