Low guarantee, high commission most likely. It's a good payday if the event doesn't flop.

The marquee money is going to be against Fury and or Ruiz/Joshua. Whyte might also be a big check.

he's one of the reasons why wilder is not a star in america, if wilder fought wladimir for the undisputed heavyweight championship then he would have been world wide famous and liked win or lose. and now near 5 years later most people dont know who he is and he's making peanuts.

"To give you an idea of what kind of money Wilder will really make on Saturday, he had a $4 million guarantee to fight Tyson Fury last year but was estimated to actually earn about $14 million overall. In his first-round knockout win vs. Dominic Breazeale earlier this year, Wilder reportedly made about $20 million."

Those laughing at the 3 million base figure are likely AJ fans still hurt their fighter got KTFO.

The Breazeale purse was inflated due to the bidding war, whatever the final number was. I expect Widler to get in the low teens if the fight sells okay and do just under ten if it flops. Ortiz should be getting over 5 or else we likely would've seen him at MSG against Joshua earlier this year.

The other idiot is Ortiz. Offered 6-7 million for Joshua and tried to play hardball with nothing to back it up. Ruiz took that cash and won. Ortiz must fancy his ****ing chances, or else he's another dumb ****.

I think most people realise this I hope. That's the purse but pay perview is on top. However that is the guaranteed amount. Wilder needs another 30 million on top to get parity with a dazn fight. I can't see that happening. In fact Wilder says he will make more than that, more than dazn offered. It's cock****.

Wilder is an idiot. thats what u get for having 3 handles (Shelly Finkel, Al Haymon, Lou DiBella) they are the ones who are making $$$$$ off of Wilder..... while he is getting the chump change.... it's kind of like in UFC... the UFC itself has a huge draw, up to $35-$50 million per event, meanwhile their top fighters are getting $500,000 or $750,000 max

Lol yep ufc rips off fighters more. R remember like ten years ago ufc were making like 85 million per event and paying fighters a hell of a lot less than they get now. Fighters were on cards for a few thousand dollars.

Naw man you know that's not how this works don't play stupid.

That's just the guarentees announced amount that Al Haymon makes public, you know that Haymon does his business smart there's way more for Deontay that will be the tip of the iceberg.
