As the title suggests, who wins in a match up between a motivated 40 year old Klitschko and Wilder, pre Fury schooling?

    lol goodbye Beyonce.

I think Wladmir would have been able to take a Wilder shot, he'd have had the head movement to either avoid it, predict it, or suck away a lot of the power through his head movement. Maybe 1/10 he'd hit the target well enough to KO Wlad, but we saw how underrated Wladmir's chin is by how much punishment he took off AJ and survived 10 rounds.

Wladmir would utilize a great jab to keep Wilder at bay, and set up a solid right, hurt wilder and eventually wear him down.

    Wlad TKO in 5.

Hard to say. Wlad only got back into the Joshua fight when Joshua gassed. However Wilder also struggled with old man Ortiz. 50/50.

Klitschko doesn't go more than 8 rounds without taking at least 1 clean right hand, and his chin can't handle this power Wilder delivers.

In their sparring video Wilder looked smallish/skinny and very average.
Even old Wlad would KO him.
In the video you can see how Wilder folds when Wlad puts pressure on him.

Fury used the Kronk style to dominate Wilder 2nd time round with only a limited amount of time training under this new system. I can't see Wlad who had over a decade under the tutelage of the great Emmanuel Steward doing any worse even though he was past his prime.

This is not no 50/50 fight lol Klitschko even at 41 would demolish Wilder. He's past it yes but this is a matter of who connecta first and im going to go with the elite fighter who was trained under Emmanuel Steward

Klitschko seemed more motivated for AJ but the writing was on the wall in the Jennings fight where he looked lacklustre and the signs were there he was past it.

Wilder being the fresher man with less mileage on the clock probably would have a good chance of knocking out this version of close to shot Wladimir.

I mean Wladimir is a big puncher... He could still hurt and stop Wilder but i'm not sure. I think Wilder is the kinda guy who can take a good beating.

Wilder level always till end of his life will be lower than Russo level with loud laugh.
Wilder had delivered his power on bums in the US and milked his belt till vomit until his handlers had picked ring rusty Fury to fight vs him in US like usually belt milkers cans crushers boxers are doing there and with a glance.

If Wilder had belt and milked this one 5 years in row there, he sorry, had worse pro and am resume than Ottke had am resume, and this kid is GOD there?
Rude hometown fighter, level below in balls than even Hunter he is, nothing more there.

Before the Fury fights I'd say a poll would have favored Wilder to knock the weak chinned Wlad unconscious.

Klitschko beat Jennings but didn't look particularly great (clinching often and didn't seem powerful). Ortiz disposed of Jennings in clinical fashion. Wilder knocked out Ortiz twice. Triangle theories aren't often correct but i think it can give a good indicator of where they're at in their boxing careers.

I think Wilder would hold his own with that version of Wladimir and rough him up. Wilder at that point had more tools than Jennings.

Wladimir by mid round KO. Yes, Wladimir was way past his best by then, but Wilder was never that great to begin with.
