Calls me sensitive, look at your post maybe you need to look in the mirror. At least Wilder has put himself out there so he has earn't the right to respond although I think he made it personal which I think was poor.

Why does it anger you so much about the path Wilder has taken. If you look at some of the posts about Tyson apparently he only beat cans to win belts (which is also nonsense). Apologies for quoting rappers but don't hate the player hate the game.

This is my last post but can I say you are guilty of what Wilder has done you make personal remarks about boxers (calling them frauds) and then turn round and say Wilder should not have said that about Tyson. Well it smacks of hypocrisy.

This is a forum you ****** everyone gets insulted it doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things

Put it this way if I was to called putin a ******* on this forum it's not going to make my local news is it?

If Obama came out and called Putin a ******* it would be the biggest story in the news all over the world and we would be on the brink of ww3

Do you understand context no or are you too ******ed?

Wilder has not earned a title shot, yet he had gotten one. He has taken the path of least resistance and it has paid off for him, which I think is rubbish.

He is completely untested and fought nobody, yet is in a position to fight for the title. Doesn't that strike you as wrong?

Yes it does but Wilder does not make the rules. I'm no fan of the guy but he's in boxing to make the most amount of money possible and from a business perspective it makes complete sense.

Apologies this has gone completely off topic.

Toney would get seriously hurt by Deontay at this point of his late career .

I would love to one more Wilder fight - Deontay Wilder vs James Toney with this one having the loser a permanent ban from the sport. Surely Toney would go to dreamland while Bermane is healing his hand and preparing to go to dreamland as well. I won't mention Tyson cause I respect the guy like I respect James but I don't respect James running his stinking mouth and since he doesn't have to stick in between other people's business, better go eat that **** to get even more fat and ugly.

He said deontay looks good so far and says his knock outs look great but he wasn't been in with anyone decent yet and we won't know what his really like until there's someone hitting him back , he also said he was very impressed with jennings

Wilder looks like he carries a huge chip on his shoulders. Seriously needs to be more thick skinned if such minor things are going to hurt his ego.

Present fighters should not disrespect legends who have been in the ring and done it against the best fighters.

I sense there is a real feeling of jealousy mixed with awareness that Wilder is really gonna take the Championship and people are into a get together to possibly prevent this from happening. Tyson most probably is astonished with numbers like we all are and speaks his doubts out, more even so cause he couldn't take Mitch Green and James Tillis out and he's realizing someone else is having 18 1st round Kos and 31 KOs when he was fighting for the Championship in his 28th fight and started having to travel 12 rounds in unification fights. Between ourselves, we all know that nobody really supports Toney or Stiverne so it's a question of ducking Deontay even more or protecting the euro bums like the brits or Wlad himself. Very easy thinking in fact.

Mike tyson was asked a question... and his reply was anyone can knock people out, we will know more when we see him get hit. And wilder feels like thats a shot... and you defend wilder over what tyson said ?

Sounds like too many people getting sensitive.

And yes... when you're a legend in the sport and you are asked your opinion on something, you are in the position to criticize. If you even want to call what he said criticism even.

    Wilder caught feelings.

I remember when Tyson was still a young champion, Ali had some things to say about him that weren't too flattering.
Tyson accepted the criticism with good graces and vowed to prove Ali wrong. He never lashed out at Ali and I think Wilder acted like an immature child to say what he did.

Astonished? Not when you see the level of Wilder's opposition, most of whom honestly are awful.
Alex Stewart went 24-0 (24) as a young prospect, yet he was destroyed by virtually all top-level boxers he faced, including Tyson.

Honestly, Wilder's record means nothing at this point. He has been protected to the point of absurdity and that is the only reason for that sparkling knockout record.
Let's see him face someone with a pulse and judge him on that.
